For more than thirty years, Mike has played a significant role as a creative artist. His innovative and diverse body of work has earned him a reputation for producing cutting-edge product that transcends both the art world and the creative industries. He has earned this recognition through projects such as the founding the Performance Space (Sydney, 1983), performing the No-One Performances (Sydney, 1979-85), performing Human Exhibit (Taronga Park Zoo Sydney, 1984); creating the Invasion of No-One (Orange Festival, 1985) ,producing the $4.5 million Expo 88 Parades (Brisbane, 1988), designing Expo 92 official merchandising (Seville Spain, 1992); curating a mega-scale outdoor exhibition in Circular Quay (Sydney Festival, 1997), producing New Millennium Eve celebrations (Sydney Opera House, 1999), producing News Club (Sydney Olympics, 2000), programming Café Niagara theatre restaurant (Blue Mountains, 2004-6), producing the Politics of Change DVD ( international release, 2010), curating the Light Fantastic Exhibition (Museum of Brisbane, 2013) and performing Limited Edition Conversations (Festival Of Live Art, 2014).
